Sichina, Belva Gertrude Neuhart Sichina, nee Tillett

Belva Gertrude Sichina, 91, formerly of Salesville, died Tuesday (Nov. 26, 2002) at Marion General Hospital in Marion.
She was born Oct. 18, 1911, in Bethesda, daughter of the late Leroy and Roxie (Mercer) Tillett.
Mrs. Sichina was a homemaker and a member of Salesville Church of Faith.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Albert William Neuhart,* on Jan. 6, 1948; her second husband, Orville Henry "Dutch" Sichina, on May 11, 1990, and three brothers, James Tillett, Robert Tillett and Herbert Tillett.
She leaves two sons, William Keith (Ellen) Neuhart of Marion and Jim (Cathy) Neuhart of Caldwell; a daughter, Mrs. Elliott (Judy) Sirota of Minneapolis, Minn.; Mrs. Matthew (Stephanie) Brown of Columbus, Mrs. Todd (Kimberly) Partridge of Gahanna, Keith (Kristen) Neuhart of Delaware, Mrs. David (Carey) Myer of Minneapolis, Minn. and Justin (Kristin) Sirota of Boston, Mass.; four great-grandchildren, Andrew Brown, Cassidy Brown, Nicholas Neuhart and Maxwell Myer; three step-grandchildren, Steve Wygle, Cheryl Starkey and Lori Creasup; five great-grandchildren; and a nephew, Jerry Tillett of Newark.
Friends were received Friday at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Quaker City, where services were held Saturday.
Burial followed in Barnesville Northern Cemetery.
*Submitter’s Note: The last name of her first husband was originally spelled NEUHARDT. It was changed over the years.
