  [S927] Obituary. Ellen Frank WATERLOO The funeral for Ellen Arlene Frank, 76, of Waterloo will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Reichmuth Funeral Iloine in Valley. She died Wednesday, June 30, 1999, in her home. Ellen Bevins was bom March 18, 1923, in Cedar Rapids. She was a secretary. Survivors include: a son, Larry Frank of Omaha; a daughter, Linda Steinkraus of Mesa, Ariz.; two brothers, Gerald Bevins of Bellevue, and Rex Bevins of Lincoln; a sister, Dorothy Froelich of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and four grandchildren. The Rev. O. Rex Bevins will officiate Saturdays service. Visitation will be 2-8 tonight in the funeral home. Burial will be at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Elkhom. A memorial has been established to Valley Fire and Rescue.
