Norma Estep
ESTEP, Norma V. Bett, 81, of Wheeling, W.Va., died Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at home.
Born in Dillonvale, Ohio, on August 14, 1925, Norma was the daughter of the late John and Katherine Piccin Bett.
She was an employee of the former Hazel Atlas Glass Co., Wheeling; and a very active member of St. Michael Catholic Church. Norma was also a member of Church Women United.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence C. Estep in 1989; and her brother, Louis Bett.
Surviving are two daughters, Mary West and her husband, Randy, of Hopedale, Ohio, Anne Griffith and her husband, Mark, of West Liberty, W.Va.; two sons, John L. Estep and his wife, Lydia, of Wheeling and Paul E. Estep and his wife, Tracy, of Wheeling; nine grandchildren, Christine Griffith, Jeremy Griffith, Katie Griffith, Caleb Estep, Jacob Estep, Levi Estep, Isaac Estep, Marina Estep, and Eric Estep; two sisters, Lucille Rensi and her husband, James, of Wintersville, Ohio, and Linda Fosnot and her husband, Robert, of McMurray Pa; and her sister- in-law, Heidi Bett.
Friends will be received at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff Street, Wheeling, on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church with Fr. Anthony Cincinnati as celebrant.
Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Hopedale.
