Edith Bays Seibel was married twice. Her first husband was George Brocker, a letter carrier. George died suddenly in 1916.
Her second marriage (1918?)was to Frederick W. Seibel who was a butcher in town. This couple lived at 30 Greenville Avenue and had no children. Edith succumbed to a long lingering illness in her home at 34 Greenville Avenue in Jersey City.

Edith Bays Seibel was buried with her sister, Elsie Mathilde; her brothers, Harry (Harold), Charles R, Frederick and George Bays, her mother, Nina E; her father, George; and her sister, Lydia Mae Lewis. William Suburger was buried in this grave, too.
