Birth: Jun. 9, 1901 Ida Monroe County Michigan, USA Death: Dec. 18, 1965 Dundee Monroe County Michigan, USA Obituary Dec. 20, 1965 Mrs. Clarence Heinl Petersburg - Mrs. Clarence (Leota) Heinl, 65, of 17721 Ida-Center Rd., Petersburg, died at 4:15 p.m. Saturday in her home after an illness of two years. Friends may call at the Valentine and McNeil Funeral Home, Petersburg, where services will be at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow. The Rev. T.L. Grotjohn of Whiteford Lutheran Church will officiate and burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Dundee. Mrs. Heinl was born June 9, 1901, in Ida, and was the daughter of Fred C. and Mary Bamm. She was married to Clarence Heinl May 7, 1921. Mrs. Heinl had lived most of her life in the Dundee region and the last four years in Petersburg. She was a charter member of Harry Bamm Post 72, American Legion, Auxiliary, Dundee. The Post was named after her brother. She was a member of the Ladies Arbeiter Society. Surviving are her husband, a son, robert Heinl of Dundee; two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Goss of Petersburg and Miss Shirley Heinl at home; three sisters, Mrs. Minnie Schultz of Petersburg, Mrs. Leon (Bertha) Bowman and Mrs. Elsie Mathis, both of Canfield, Ohio; seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
