Mr. Wegman was born July 15, 1923 in Gates, NY the son of the late Frank and the late Estelle (Derleth) Wegman. He married Elsie Ward 09/28/46 in Rochester, NY. He was a veteran of the US Army during WWII. He is survived by his wife: Elsie (Ward) Wegman, two daughters: Pamela (Gary) Palmer, Faye Wegman and one son: Robert Wegman Grandchildren, Stacy (Eric) Clum and Shea Crowley; great grandchild, Natlie Clum Predeceased by his brother, Bob, daughter-in-law, Julie Wegman and 2 grandsons. Dick?s funeral mass will be Wednesday at 10:30 in the Church of the Good Shepherd, 3318 East Henrietta Road Celebrated by Father Doug DellaPietra.
