He was assistant administrator for the city Alcoholic Beverage Control Administration from 1936 to 1948. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church. Survivors include his widow, the former Ruth Lamkin; a son, Leo L. Ziegler, and four grandchildren. The body will be at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 1201 E. Oak, after 6 p.m. Monday. Mr. Lebangood is resting at the Oak St. Home of Arch L. Heady and Son, 1201 E. Oak St., at Schiller Avenue, where services will be conducted Wed.
