Devoto, 63, of 9306 Hunter Road, died Monday at Veterans Administration Medical Center. He was a retired sheet metal worker for the old Liberty Engineering Co. and a Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, the former Mary H. Kimmel; a daughter, Mrs. Jane Wilbur; two stepsons, William Hall and Victor Hall; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Nancy Hinkebein and Mrs. Mary J. Gutterman; three sisters, Mrs. Marietta Vissing of Jeffersonville, Ind., Mrs. Blanche Drane and Mrs. Marcella Melcher; a brother, J. William Devoto; and 19 grandchildren. The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 7919 Shelbyville Road, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation at Ratterman?s, 3711 Lexington Road, will be from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
