Penn Run a village in Cherryhill Township. Villages are NOT incorporated municipalities in Pennsylvania.
NB: Minnie's FindAGrave memorial says she died at her daughter Ruth's (Anna Ruth Dick-I95800) house in Eldridge, NY. I think this is a misspelling as both Ruth and her husband, Eugene Frech died in Elbridge, Onondaga County, New York.
