FYOCK – Helen E., 95, Ebensburg, formerly of Johnstown, died Aug. 30, 2014, at Cambria Care Center. Born May 31, 1919, in Old Stanton, Pa., daughter of William and Leona (Fry) Brickner Blowers. Preceded in death by parents; husband, David E.; son-in-law, Joseph P. Barber; and brother, Clair. Survived by daughters, Nancy J., married to Arnold Locher, and Bonnie C. Barber, all of Johnstown; sister, Gladys Brawley, Harrisburg; and grandchildren, Tracy Locher and Eric (Julie) Locher, Becky (Robert) Carson, Carolyn (Brian) Blaszczyk, Patricia (Mike) Astarita and Joseph Barber Jr. (Jennifer); and 12 great-grandchildren. Member of Locust Grove Church of the Brethren. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., where funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Michael Christine. Interment, Forest Lawn Cemetery.
