OBIT: JACOB E. LYDICK, 68, of 245 Jenks Ave., Punxsutawney, died Friday, Feb. 16, 1968, in Lake Wales, Fla., of injuries sustained in an auto accident. Born Aug. 25, 1899, in Bells Landing, Clearfield County, he was a son of Arthur and Emanda Fyock Lydick. He was married Sept. 9, 1918, to Rhoda Luce Lydick, and was a retired partner in the Acme Machine Shop, Punxsutawney, having retired only last week. Surviving are two daughters: Mrs. James Couch, Indiana; Mrs. Delbert Reitz, Punxsutawney; three grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters: Moses, Grover Mrs. Charles Heberling and Mrs. Herman Delp, all of DuBois. Funeral arrangements in charge of the Schenkemeyer Funeral Home, Punxsutawney, are incomplete.
