Ackerman, Anna Catherine (nee Ludwig) &= nbsp;
Mrs. Anna Ackerman, 88, of West Newton= , Pennsylvania, died Saturday night October 4, 1969, = at 11:00 p.m. in Westmoreland Hospital in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. She was born = August 3, 1881, at Lewisville, Ohio, a daughter of Louis and Charlotte Weber Ludwig. She lived in Donora, Pennsylvania from 1907 until moving to West Newton 25 years ago. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and the Daug= hters of America. Her husband Benjamin H. Ackerman died September 24, 1956. Survi= ving are one son, Arthur B. Ackerman of West Newton, Pennsylvania; two grandchildren, Arthur B. Ackerman= , Jr, and Mrs. Ruth Berch, five great-grandchildren, two brothers, George Ludwig = of Valencia, Pennsylvania, and William Ludwig of Woodsfield, Ohio, one sister, Mrs. J. D. McAlister of Beallsville, Ohio, a brother David Ludwig and a sister Mrs. Minnie Claus are deceased. Services were held Tuesday afternoon in the Trinity Lutheran Church at Donora, Pennsylvania with pastor Kirk Bish officiating. Burial was in Mon Valley Memorial Park at Donora, Pennsylvania.
