(Scipione) Burkhart Funeral services for Lucy I. (Scipione) Burkhart, 75, of Wickliffe, will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 29840 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe. Mrs. Burkhart died May 18, 2005, at LakeWest Hospital in Willoughby. Born Dec. 13, 1929, she was a lifelong resident of Wickliffe. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church and the Mt. Carmel Society. She loved to cook and bake for her family. Mrs. Burkhart worked as a homemaker. Previously, she had worked at T.R.W. Survivors are her sons, Ronald A. (Linda) Burkhart, Fred A. (Linda) Burkhart, Marty J. Burkhart; daughters, Sandra M. (James) Aker and Bonnie L. (Frank) Dea; grandchildren, Kimberly L. (Robert) Ristimaki, Tracy C. (David) Stanek, Adam J. Burkhart, Mellisa (fiance, Aaron Sexstella) Burkhart, Brian Burkhart, Nicole Burkhart, Jennifer Burkhart, Kristy Zalor, Steven Zalor, Greg Aker, Timothy Dea and Jessica Dea; great-grandchildren, Zackary and Dominic Ristimaki, and Mercedes Stanek; brothers, Carmen (Angie) Scipione and Anthony (Edna) Scipione of Florida; and sisters, Violet Canzone, and Dora Scipione. Her husband, Frederick L. Burkhart, died in 2000. Her parents, Antonio and Martina Scipione Sr.; brothers, Michael, Carl, Albert, Nick and Martin Scipione; sister, Velma Miller; and brother-in-law, Henry Canzone, are also deceased.
