Anton ‘Tony’ Dauenhauer Spokane
Memorial service for Anton F. “Tony” Dauenhauer, 70, is planned for 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Thornhill Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Mott, N.D., Mr. Dauenhauer died Sunday.
He served in the Army during World War II, and in 1948 he moved to Spokane from North Dakota.
He worked as a laborer in construction and retired in 1981.
Mr. Dauenhauer was preceded in death by his wife, Helen.
He is survived by four brothers, Mike Dauenhauer of Opportunity, Frank Dauenhauer of Greenacres, Nickolas Dauenhauer of Sherwood, Ore., and Ervin Dauenhauer of Mountlake Terrace, Wash.; and three sisters, Maggie Lantz of Mott, Margaret Johnston of Hopewell, Va., and Violetta Ward of Greenacres.
