The following note appeared in the Zanesville Signal on 20 May 1929:
CONDITION SATISFACTORY
Guy Brown, 26, of 149 Sheridan street, is resting comfortably
in Good Samaritan hospital following an accident Sunday in
which he sustained a broken wrist, cranking his car.
At the time of the 1930 census, Guy H. Brown (27) and his wife Marie L. (26) rented a house for $20 a month at 149 Sheridan Street in Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio. According to census data, the couple had been married about 7 years. Both were natives of Ohio, as were their parents. Guy was employed as a kiln burner in a tile factory.
The News Briefs section of the Zanesville Signal reported on 13 Jan 1942:
LEWISVILLE -- Guy Brown, who has been an invalid for the
past six years is seriously ill at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George
Zwick, Lewisville-stafford road.
