He was born in Woodsfield January 3, 1951 a son of the late Helen (Feiber) Keylor and Thomas Keylor. Fred was a 1970 graduate of Woodsfield High School and a retired coal miner. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Janet Keevert. He is survived by his wife Alice (Roth) Keylor of Woodsfield, daughters Jill Zwick of Lewisville and Dyan Keylor of Woodsfield, granddaughters Riley and Breanna, brothers Walter (Barbara) Keylor and Larry Keylor both of Woodsfield, sister Patricia (Bill) Powell of Columbus, Ohio, nieces and nephews, Kristie (Garland) Bridgewater of Waukesha, Wisconsin, Rick (LeAnn) Keylor of Peoria, Arizona, Kim (Tim) Goheen of Phoenix, Arizona, Melissa Keylor of Cambridge, Tom Keylor of Woodsfield, and an aunt Geraldine Piatt of Woodsfield. Friends received from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday May 30, 2016 with Brent Roth officiating. Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery Woodsfield.
