  [S927] Obituary. ENGLEWOOD Arthur J. Boss FLAG Arthur James Boss, 84, of Port Charlotte, (Englewood area), Fla., died Friday, March 31, 2006. He was born Aug. 6, 1921, in Rochester, N.Y. Mr. Boss was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army. He was a manufacture representative for ARO Corporation in Bryan, Ohio. Mr. Boss was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Grove City, Fla. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, June; two sons, Bruce of Cleveland, Ohio, and Steven of Lenox, Mass.; two daughters, Sue (Frank) Mulay of Conover, N.C., and Joanie (Paul) Strowe of Pittsford, N.Y.; sister, Therese Pierce of Rochester; brother, Ray (Joan) Boss of Stuart, Fla.; and 10 grandchildren, Marie (Kole) Stuart, Jeff Boss, Brian Mulay, Christine Mulay, Jacqueline Mulay, Christopher (Heather) Gray, Steve (Melanie) Williams, Zach Strowe, Emily Strowe and Ashley Strowe. He was preceded in death by his son, William. Memorial Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 29, 2006, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Memorial donations may be made to Charlotte County EMS, Station #4, 22429 Edgewater Drive, Port Charlotte, FL 33980. Lemon Bay Funeral Homes, Englewood Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
