William is son of William Dickey Sr. and Margaret REDD.
Note: original spelling of her name was likely 'Kuewert'.
Her father died in 1885 and mother in 1913. (Mother's maiden name has also been spelled Schneider on records)
Her brother Charles/Charley married Emma S. Brown, February 26, 1895, Monroe and according to the 1900 census was a laborer at oil works, and they had 3 children, 3 living.
Widowed in 1902, he married Lulu E. HARTLINE, April 18, 1904. He was appointed U S Postmaster in Coats, Monroe, Ohio, in 1904. His memorial #72924718.
