CHANUTE ? Mass of Christian burial services for Edna O. Weber, 79, Chanute, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick Church here with the Rev. Michael Maybrier officiating. Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery in Chanute.
Mrs. Weber died Tuesday July 11, 1995, at the home of her daughter in Baldwin.
She was born June 30, 1916, in Chanute, the daughter of James and Margretha Breiner Osborn. She was an executive vice president of the Bank of Commerce in Chanute and had worked in the banking industry since 1952. She was a graduate of Chanute High School and had been a lifelong Chanute resident. She was a member of St. Patrick Church, the St. Patrick Altar Society and served as a volunteer at St. Patrick's Bargain Store. She was also a member of the Southeast Kansas Financial Group.
She married G. Edwin Weber on May 31, 1938, in Chanute. He died July 4, 1988.
Survivors include three daughters, Anita A. Shoemaker, Chanute, Diana J. Franklin, Baldwin, and Marcella M. Bradley, Raytown, Mo.; two brothers, Ralph Osborn, Laguna Hills, Calif., and Bob Grant, Chanute; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at St. Patrick Church.
The family suggests memorials to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in care of the Gibson-Koch-Friskel Chapel, 16 N. Forest, Chanute, 66720, which is handling arrangements.
