She was born June 10, 1887, in Proctor, WV, a daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine Weyman Klug. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ozark. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otto Burkhart, in 1981. Surviving are two sons, Robert and Nestor, both of University Heights; three daughters, Mrs. William (Rita) Langevin of Florham Park, NJ, Mrs. George (Lola) Tremblay of Wilson, and Mrs. Paul (Mary Catherine) Farley of University Heights; 22 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Friends received at the Harper Funeral Home, Beallsville, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with the Rev. Soprano the celebrant. Burial in Immaculate Conception Church Cemetery, Ozark. Rosary devotions will be said at 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
