She was born June 2, 1917, in Morgan County, a daughter of Conrad A. and Audrey Arnold Friedly. Ms. Friedly spent most of her life caring for children and the elderly. She also was a nurse's aide. She enjoyed reading, gardening and writing poetry. She loved children. Surviving are a sister, Ina Burton Cook, of Arkansas; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles, with the Rev. Gary Petty officiating. Burial will be in Versailles Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home. Friends may sign the guest register online at www.kidwellgarber.com.
