Egger, 88, of the Woodsfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center died at 2:30 p.m. Saturday , August 24, 2002 at the center.She was born September 6, 1913, in Ozark, Ohio, to Frank and Maggie June Kirkbride Hoover. She was a homemaker and a member of Ozark Church of Christ in Ozark.She is survived by one sister, Edna Highman of Clarington; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Egger, who died on July 20, 1991; one son, Frank Egger; her parents; three brothers, Clyde Hoover, Stewart Hoover and Harry Hoover; and two sisters, Gail Saffle and Estella Tidd.Services are at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Watters Funeral Home in Woodsfield with John Hamilton officiating. Burial is in Oaklawn Cemetery in Woodsfield. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
