Oct 24, 1873 in Pettis County, Missouri. Her brother Frederick married Anna Whitfield that same year in Pettis. Alvina and family then moved to Pana, Christian County, Illinois. Alvina married John Burks Dec 10, 1890 in Pana. They dissappear then. I did find a record of a Charles Russel Burks who was born 1905 in Wyoming and died in Los Angeles. Parent's surnames were Nihart and Burks. I also found Alvina in Los Angeles who died Aug 19, 1949.She shows a surname of Smith. I know this is Alvian becuase parent's surnames are Pfifer and Nihart. Alvian was the daughter of Frederick H Neihart and Barbara Pfeifer. Alvina must have remarried a Smith.Do not know who this Smith is at this time. I am working on getting her obit.
