She died yesterday at Good Samaritan Hospital.Mrs. Kindel was the wife of Philip Kindel, retired plant superintendent of the Hamilton office of Bell Telephone Co. She also leaves a brother, Peter J. Ney Jr., St Petersburg, Fla.; and three sisters, Mrs. Hilda Sauer and Mrs. Stella Messner, Cincinnati, and Mrs. Madelen Betz, St. Bernard.Friends may call after 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.------------------------------------------------------Obituary from Cincinnati Enquirer of 14 November 1961, pg. 32, col. 6:Mrs. Edna Kindel, 4214 Sullivan Ave., St. Bernard, died yesterday in Good Samaritan Hospital, where she had been a patient two weeks. She was 71 years old.Mrs. Kindel's husband, Philip, retired in 1945 as plant superintendent of the Hamilton branch of the Bell Telephone Co.Surviving in addition to her husband are a brother, Peter J.
