Mary Agnes Ritterbeck Weisend's obituary appeared in The Times Recorder (Zanesville, OH) newspaper on November 2, 1973. SUMMERFIELD --Mrs. Mary Agnes Weisend, 45, of Summerfield died at 4 p.m. Wednesday at her home following a fall down her basement stairs. Dr. Sherman Smith, Noble County coroner reported. Born Oct. 14, 1928 in Noble County, she was a daugh-ter of Freda Hill Ritterbeck of Caldwell and the late Carl Ritterbeck. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Fulda. Surviving are her husband, Francis, and three children, Diann Mary, Darlene and Duane all of the home; two sisters, Mrs Rita Ann Zwick of Canton, and Mrs. Theresa Matheney of Caldwell Route 6; three brothers, Harold of the home, Herman of Granville, and Howard of Canton. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Mary's Catholic Church in Fulda. Rev. Fr. Walter Heinz will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today at Brubach Funeral Home in Summerfield where friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
