- Evelyn SchegEvelyn Scheg of Charlotte, died Friday, Jan. 4, 2008, at the age of 91.During the early years of their retirement, Mrs. Scheg and her husband, the late Charles Scheg, lived in Palm Bay, Fla. Mrs. Scheg is survived by her sons, Ronald (Pam), Donald (Katie Fechtor), Arnold (Rosie) and David (Linda Gallegher); seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles and grandson, Chuckie. Mrs. Scheg will be buried with Mr. Scheg in Palm Bay, Fla. Arrangements were made by Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home.
Patricia ?Patty? (Baratta) Carney Patricia ?Patty? (Baratta) Carney of Henrietta died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2008 at the age of 51. She was a special education teacher with BOCES 2 for 27 years and most recently was a mentor at Rochester Catholic Inner City Schools through the University of Rochester.Mrs. Carney was an active member of her church and involved with many charities including Ronald McDonald House and Daystar.Mrs. Carney is survived by her husband of 15 years, Maynard C. Carney; mother, Dollie Baratta; sister, Margaret (David M.) Scheg; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Maynard B. and Maggie Carney of Elmira; sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Pat Baratta. Mrs. Carney?s funeral Mass was celebrated Thursday, Jan. 10, at Good Shepherd Church. Interment was in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. ENTRESS - Mary L. SCHEG ENTRESS, aged 63 years, suddenly, Saturday, Nov. 16, 1935, at the home, Cold Water Road, Cold Water. She is survived by her husband, Engelbert ENTRESS; three daughters, Sister Bernard Marie, Sister of the Order of St. Francis of Buffalo, Misses Agatha and Eleanor ENTRESS; four sons, Aloysius, Joseph, Leo and Bernard ENTRESS; four grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Louis STATT, Mrs. Max KNOEPFLER; two brothers, Henry and Edward SCHEG of Rochester. Deceased was a member of the Sacred Heart Society of Holy Ghost Church, Cold Water.
-Funeral Tuesday morning at 8:30 o'clock from the home and 9 o'clock at Holy Ghost Church, Cold Water. Interment in Holy Ghost Cemetery, Cold Water.
