He was a retired farmer and member of St. Michael?s Catholic Church, Bradford. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Violet Brockman Kochert, two sons, Donald Kochert, Floyds Knobs, and Marvin Kochert, Bradford; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Ann Schetz of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; four brothers, Leonard Kochert of Arizona, Francis Kochert, Lanesville, Harlan Kochert, Bradford and Clemence Kochert of Edwardsville, six sisters, Sisters Agatha Marie and Seraphica, both of Ohio, Mrs. Ann Smith and Mrs. Mary Jenkins both of Dayton, Ohio, Mrs. Lucille Buechler and Mrs. Evelyn Jacobi both of Bradford and four grandchildren.
