Schehl, Thelma Eileen Schehl, nee Garrett Source: The Marietta [Ohio] Times; Monday, June 16, 2003 CANTON - Thelma Eileen Garrett Schehl, 74, of Canton, formerly of Caldwell, died Friday morning (June 13, 2003) at her home. She was born Sept. 10, 1928, in Noble County to Wilfred C. and Alma Lumbatis Garrett. She was a former manager of the Arrowhead Country Club and was a member of the Caldwell United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband, William D. Moore; her second husband, Victor Schehl; her parents; and her stepmother, Leora Garrett. She is survived by one son, Don (Ann) Moore of New Concord; two daughters, Vicki (John) Huber of Las Vegas and Lisa Stewart of Sherrodsville; one brother, Dale (Kathleen) Garrett of Caldwell; and 12 grandchildren. Services are at 10 a.m. Wednesday at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home at 416 East St., Caldwell. Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
