Obituary for Alice Reich Kerns Alice Reich Kerns, age 78, of Glen Dale, WV, died Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital. She was born July 28, 1938 in Woodsfield, OH, the daughter of the late Arthur and Melba Hoff Reich. Alice was a retired LPN at Reynolds Memorial Hospital; graduated from BM Spurr School of Nursing; and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Moundsville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son. Survivors include her husband, John C. Kerns; two daughters, Donna Kerns of Moundsville, Diana (Bruce) Boston of Vienna, WV; two grandsons, Steven and Charles Boston of Vienna; a niece, Debra (Steve) Talley of Hilliard, FL; two great-nieces, Stephanie Nelson of Honolulu, HI, Kirstey Nelson of Hilliard, FL; a sister-in-law, Marsha Head of Atlanta, GA. Family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville where Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 1pm with Rev. Tim Wilt officiating. Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville. Memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 1000 3rd St., Moundsville, WV 26041.
