  [S927] Obituary. Mabel M. Denbow, age 87, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Friday August 11, 2017 at Riverside Methodist Hospital Columbus, Ohio. She was born in Lewisville, Ohio April 10, 1930 a daughter of the late Freeman and A. Marie Smith Frank. She was a member of St. Sylvester Catholic Church of Woodsfield, and former co-owner of the Swiss Chalet Restaurant. She retired from the Woodsfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and also enjoyed being a SOMA volunteer. Preceded in death by her husband; Floyd Denbow, daughter; Mary Denbow, and great grandson David Blevins, Jr., brother; Carl Frank, and sister, Rosena Jenkins. She is survived by her children; Frederick (Kathy) Denbow of Lesage, West Virginia, Theresa Fogle of Columbus, Ohio, Laura (Mark) Droese of Columbus, Ohio, and Thomas (Trista) Denbow of Bellefontaine, Ohio , one sister-in-law; Margaret E. Ferguson, Thirteen grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Friends received from (4-8) p.m. Tuesday August 15, at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday August 16, at St. Sylvester Catholic Church Woodsfield, with Rev. Fr. David Gaydosik Officiating.
