Proposed Change: Arthur James Serth (I2976)
Tree: Südpfalz / Southern Palatinate
Link: http://www.birkenhoerdt.net/getperson.php?personID=I2976&tree=Suedpfalz
Description: Giving link to 1940 census. Another John Arthur appears (born circa 1935). I am guessing that the one born in 1921 passed away young, and the parents chose to keep the name alive.
