She was born July 19, 1921, in Barnesville, daughter of Goldie Gill and the late Howard Gill. Surviving, in addition to her mother of Hendrysburg, are two daughters, Joyce Burkhart of Rittman, and Carol Burkhart of Shreve; one son, Richard Burkhart; three sisters, Vera Gibbons of Hendrysburg, Jean Robb of Barnesville, and Shirley Spears of Orrville; three brothers, Eugene Gill of Marshallville, Everett Gill, Rittman, and Harry Gill of Apple Creek; one granddaughter; four grandsons; one great-grandson; several nieces and nephews. Services are being held today, October 28, at 1 p.m. at the Gilman Funeral Home, Rittman, with Pastor Fritter officiating. Burial will be made in Rittman Cemetery. Charles Burkhardt
