WILLIAM HENRY HUNTLEY
W.H. Huntley, 71, was born in Deering, March 14, 1871, and died at his home near there November 29, 1942. He was united in marriage in 1904 to Miss Tula Ring. Mr. Huntley had been a member of the Methodist church since 1908. Funeral services were held at the home Monday, Nov. 30, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. D.K. Foster conducting the service.
Mr. Huntley is survived by his wife, one son, Hugh Huntley, of Moultrie, Ga., and five daughers: Mrs. Kathryn Showe, Mrs. Mildred McMackins and Mrs. Jessie Kauffman, all of St. Louis; Mrs. Bessie Wright of Deering, and Mrs. Willie Connor of this city. Also surviving him are two brothers and two sisters, Charles Huntley of Micola, Mo., Almore Huntley of Pasadena, Calif., Mrs. Bessie McDonald of St. Louis, and Mrs. Clara Longgrear of Pueblo, Colo.
Pallbearers were: Messrs. Jerry Thornton, Lynn Speer, Ashley Pace, Waco Wright and Carl E. Smith
