James J. Zwick, age 56, formerly of Sherman Church Ave. SW, and more recently of 152-43rd St. SW, Canton, was pronounced dead on arrival Sunday at Guernsey Memorial Hospital in Cambridge after having an apparent heart attack. He was born in Lewisville, OH and had lived in Canton since 1951. Employed by the Timken Company with 38 years of service, member of Golden Lodge and St. Mary's Catholic Church. An Army veteran of the Korean War.
Survived by his wife, Rita; one daughter, Krista A. Zwick of the home; five sons, David of Canton, Donald, Michael and Robert, all of the home, and Ronald of East Sparta; one grandson, Michael of Canton; three sisters, Kathleen Mays of Canton, Many Ring of Woodsfield and Mrs. Roger (Donna) Stanley of North Carolina; one brother, Francis of Harrisburg, OH.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at10:30 a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church with Fr. Gerald Sommer, M.S.C.as Celebrant. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave.
