November 1984 DEATH Homer Kilburn Homer Sylvester Kilburn, 89, of 413 E. Marietta St. Woodsfield, died 8:30 a.m. Saturday (Nov. 17,1984) at the home of his son, Clyde Kilburn of Woodsfield. He was born Feb. 21, 1895, in Lewisville, son of the late Henry and Catherine Kahrig Kilburn. He was a retired Iumberman and a member of Woodsfield United Methodist Church. Mr. Kilburn was an Army veteran of World War I. His wife, Emma Bintz Kilburn, whom be married April 16, 1919, died April 11, 1973. He leaves one son Clyde of Woodsfield R.D. 3; two daughters, Mrs. Earl (Leona) Leach of Barnesville and Mrs. Robert (Rita) Winland of Bremen; one sister, An­nie Neibch of Lewisville; six grand­children, 22 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson. He was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Kilburn; two grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Friends may call 7 to 1 p.m. Mon­day at the Watters Funeral Home here, when services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday with Earl Wells officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery, Lewisville.
