William Abrams and Luther Merckle officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery Lewisville Ohio.

irginia V. Claus Wilhelm, age 85 of Lewisville, Ohio passed away Tuesday January 12, 2016 at Heartland in Marietta, Ohio. She was born May 14, 1930 on Christman Ridge near Lewisville, Ohio a daughter of the late Gilbert & Esther Christman Claus.
Virginia was a member of the Lewisville United Methodist Church, housewife, mother and a great cook. She married Roscoe R. Wilhelm June 18, 1949.
Preceded in death by her husband Roscoe R. Wilhelm on March 4, 2011.
She is survived by two sons David (Mary) Wilhelm of Lewisville, and John (Tammy) Wilhelm of Marietta, two daughters Peggy (Carl) Carpenter of Marietta and Polly (Dan) Kinsey of New Matamoras, Ohio, one brother Alvin (Clara) Claus of Wooster and one sister Vivian Paulus of Woodsfield, eight grandchildren; Ben and Rachel Wilhelm, Josh (Sydney) Wilhelm, Caitlin Wilhelm, Kiley (Kyle) Wolfe, Layne and Kara Carpenter, and Sara Kinsey, one great grandchild; Barrett Wolfe and another on the way, seven step grandchildren; Jason Pittman, Felicia Pittman (friend Josh), Mark (Jamie) Pittman, Eliza (JD) Kernen, Racheal (Doug) Biedenbach, Rodney Pittman (Fiancée Candace), and Chris (Gina) Batten, twelve step great grandchildren; Elizabeth, Andrew, Marcus, Brandon, Evan, Aaliyah, Klaira, Sophia, Haylie, Riley, Jordan, and Alana, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
