Dennis Alan Tauscheck Sr. passed away Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2005, at the age of 56, in the loving care of his daughter Denise Tauscheck in Campbellsport.Dennis was born January 28, 1949, in Sheboygan. He graduated from South High School in 1967. Dennis loved being the ?Veggie Man? for many years. He enjoyed traveling on the spur of the moment, scrapping for metal, fishing and spending time with his children. He also made many families happy each year when he sold Christmas trees.Dennis made four goals for himself during the last year. He wanted to sell Christmas trees one more season, take his youngest daughter, Melanie, to Disney World, live to his 56th birthday and never spend a single day in a nursing home. He accomplished all four of these goals. He will be dearly missed by many for his stories and favorite quote, ?Just enjoy life!?Dennis is survived by his wife, Jennifer (Miesner) Tauscheck; their two children, Matthew and Melanie; his daughter, Denise Tauscheck and Jeff Schroer (future son-in-law); two sons, Travis Tauscheck (wife Megan) and Nathan Tauscheck, both of Madison; grandson, Cole Tauscheck; brothers, Carlton Tauscheck of Milwaukee and Dr. Aloys Tauscheck of Sheboygan; sisters, Christine McCalllister of Tucson and Candace Hernandez of San Diego; best friends, Richard and Faye Bannier, and GiGi and John, each of Alabama; nieces and nephew, friends and extended family. He was proceeded in death by his parents Aloys and Dolores (Billmann) Tauscheck, his eldest son, Dennis A. Tauscheck Jr., and his youngest brother, James (Jimmy) Tauscheck.The family would like to extend special thanks to Dennis? friend Tom Miesner ?Torch Man? as well as Dr. Marshall Matthews and his staff.Memorial services will be held Friday, Feb. 11 at Emil Mazey Hall, 5425 Superior Ave., Sheboygan from 4 to 8 p.m. Prayer will be given by Pastor Kubow at 5 p.m.In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted to a memorial fund: P.O.
