Elmer D. Bintz, 82, of near Lewisville, died early Tuesday morning, October 11, 1966, in Crestline Memorial Hospital. He had been in ill health for some time.
Mr. Bintz, a retired farmer, was born March 9, 1884, near Lewisville, the son of the late George and Anna Bintz. He was a member of the Lewisville Methodist Church.
His first wife, Anna Pfalzgraf Bintz, died in 1919. In 1931 he married Pauline Pfalzgraf, who died in 1965.
Surviving are five daughters, Miss Sophia Bintz, of Barnesville; Mrs. Leona Bintz, of Barberton; Mrs. Rose Studer, of Mansfield; Mrs. Freda Wichterman, of Crestline, and Mrs. Esther Garrett, of Galion; four sisters, Mrs. Freda Clegg, of Barnesville; Mrs. Esta Taylor and Mrs. Clara Hines, of Bucyrus, and Mrs. Viola Christman, of Quaker City; eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Friends are being received at the Bauer and Turner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday afternoon at two o'clock in the funeral chapel. Burial will be made in the Friendship Cemetery.
