Lottie (Evaline) Ayres May 12, 1923 - July 19, 2018 Lottie (Evaline) Ayres, age 95, formerly of Louisville, KY, passed away peacefully at the home of her daughter, Darlene Cochran, in Gastonia, North Carolina on Thursday, July 19, 2018. She was born on May 12, 1923 in Depauw, IN to Robert Evaline and Ora (Feiock) Evaline. Lottie retired from GE Appliance Park in Louisville, KY. She was a member of the Evangelical Tabernacle Church in Louisville, KY. Besides her parents, Lottie was preceded in death by a son James Michael Ayres. Lottie is survived by two sons, Clarence (Pamela) Ayres and Gerald "Jerry" (Sherry) Ayres; two daughters, Winoa "Ann" (Lynn) Pilkington and Darlene (Timothy) Cochran; one sister, Bertha Johnson; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 15 great- great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at the Love Funeral Home in Palmyra with burial in the Horner's Chapel Cemetery in Fredericksburg, IN.
