Out-of-court settlement yesterday ended a fight to break the will of

$135,000 estate.
The will and codicil, leaving $96,000 to relatives and the residue to six
Catholic institutions, were admitted to probate by Surrogate G. Robert
Witmer after Wegman's sister, Mrs. Emma W. Scheg, 136 Hobart St., and a
dozen nephews and nieces, withdrew their objections. Terms of the
settlement were not made known.

Mr. Wegman, son of a pioneer Monroe County family and before going into
the

Company was appointed executor. Former Justice Adolph J. Rodenback is

Mother of Sorrows in Greece, for Masses. He bequeathed $25,000 to a

two nieces, Mrs. Anna A. Falls, also of Vick Park A, and Mrs. Alice Falls
