She is survived by her children David (& wife Liane) Phillips of Cincinnati, OH; Joyce Ann (& husband Paul) Cotner of Miami, FL; William (& wife Sharon) Phillips of Germantown, OH; Martha (& husband Arthur) Gerold of Sandusky, OH; Mark Phillips of West Carrollton, OH; 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; her sister Anna (& husband AL) Gulvas and brother John (& wife Nancy) Burkhart; several nieces and nephews.
