Zinser, 69, R. R. 1, Waldron, died about 3 a.m. Sunday at the Waldron Health Care Home, where he had been a patient about one month. He had been ill since July 27. Mr. Zinser was a farmer and member of St. Vincent Catholic Church. He also retired in 1975 as a self-employed truck operator. Born March 31, 1910 in Shelby County, a son of John and Josephine (Fischer) Zinser, he was married May 1, 1937 in Oldenburg to Anna Mae Hirt, who died March 5, 1977. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Larry (Mary Jo) Rife, R. R. 1, Waldron; a brother, John Francis Zinser, St. Paul; and two grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Vincent Catholic Church, with the Rev. James Dede officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Murphy Mortuary from 4-9 p.m. Tuesday and the Rosary will be recited there that evening at 7:30 o'clock.
