Age 86, of Ross, passed away at Mercy Franciscan at Schroder on Monday, September 13, 2004, at 3:15 p.m. She was born in Franklin County, Indiana, on March 17, 1918, the daughter of Edward and Ruth (Hollowell) Seiter. A homemaker, Thelia was a member of St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church. On November 11, 1939, in Hamilton she married Lester Brannon, who passed away on December 18, 1995. She is survived by two sons, John S. Brannon and his wife Donna of Winder, Georgia and William L. Brannon and his wife Ruth of Hamilton; a daughter, Lynn Ruth Brannon of Ross; three grandchildren, Edward Brannon of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, William Joseph Brannon of Hamilton and Erica Cox and her husband Gary of Ross; two step-grandchildren, Vicki Hart and her husband Dave and Michael Lampl and his wife Brenda, all of Georgia; a sister, Evelyn Arnold of Lebanon; and nephews, James Foxx and his wife Penny and Chris Foxx and his wife Jill, all of Ross. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a sister, Dolores Foxx and two grandchildren, Sean Brannon and Michelle Brannon. A Funeral Blessing will be held at Brown Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday, September 16, 2004, at 12 Noon with Fr. Jeff Silver of St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church officiating. Burial will follow in Venice Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 12 Noon.
