Bio: Sergeant Glasser was a member of Company B, 1st Battalion, 38th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division. He was seriously wounded by the enemy in South Korea on February 12, 1951 and returned to duty on February 27, 1951. He was taken Prisoner of War while fighting the enemy in South Korea on May 18, 1951. He was presumed dead on March 2, 1954. His remains were not recovered.Awarded Purple Heart, Combat Infantryman's Badge, Prisoner of War Medal, Korean Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.
