Cook, 66, of Coolidge, AZ peacefully passed away on June 21, 2015. She was the first of six children of Harold and Elisabeth Cook. Maribeth was born with Rh blood incompatibility that caused brain damage. As a young girl, she loved to run and play, but her motor skills declined. She lived the last 50 years of her life receiving wonderful care at the Arizona Training Program in Coolidge, AZ. She communicated her feelings with sounds and smiles. All who love her take consolation that she can now talk, jump, and run in heaven with the Lord! Maribeth is survived by her mother Elisabeth, and siblings Jeff Cook (Janet), Ellen McClure (Lance), Cindy Byke (Tim), Chrystina Cook, and Fred Cook (Christy), and half sisters Michelle Davis (Ed), and Jennifer French (Nathan). Her father, Harold Cook, has preceded her in death. There will be a viewing at St. Timothy Catholic Church in Mesa on Wednesday, July 1st at 9:30 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM, and reception. The Church address: 1730 W Guadalupe Road in Mesa, Arizona.
