With great sadness, the family of David Howard announces his passing. David will be sadly missed by all who knew him. He will forever be remembered for his tender heart and his infectious smile.
David, a native-born Arizonan from Phoenix, AZ, was the 6th child to Robert D. Howard and Mae I. Robinson (Shoemaker).
He is survived by a daughter, Jessica Dorrance (Derek); three grandkids, Phoenix, River and Esmée Dorrance; father, Robert D. Howard Sr. (Bernice) along with a family of 5 brothers, Robert Howard, Jr. (Connie), Greg Howard (Edie), Michael Howard, Dennis Howard, Kenneth ("Dean") Howard, 4 sisters, Diane Hillis (Steve), Debra Howard (Walt), Lisa Thomas (Tim), Linda Stathakis (Kristopher), 3 step-sisters Cyndi Bodinet (John), Sherry Courtland (Daniel), Jerrie Hughes (Roger), and a step-brother Jeff Johnson (Mandy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
His Mother Mae I. Shoemaker preceded him. His unexpected death was due to a bicycle accident.
Services will be June 4th at 10 AM at Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary 6500 E. Bell Road Scottsdale, AZ 85254 with a graveside service to follow.
