He was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, to the late Louis Arthur Peltz and Lucile Josephine Law Peltz, of Fort Dodge, Iowa.A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, July 28, 2007, at the State Street United Methodist Church. Visitations are from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 27, 2007, and from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at State Street United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Linda (Nold) Peltz, of Alvaton, Ky.; mother, Lucile (Law) Peltz, of Fort Dodge, Iowa; two daughters, Jennessa Crosswy (Russell), of Fairfax, Va., and Amanda Peltz, of Nashville, Tenn.; three brothers, Alan Peltz (Nancy), of Bettendorf, Iowa; Jerry Peltz (Jill), of Lee's Summit, Mo.; and Randy Peltz (Colleen), of Ringsted, Iowa; as well as several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his father, Louis A.
