  [S927] Obituary. Nancy C. Webb Nancy C. Webb, age 71, of Liberty, died Sunday, February 26, 2012, at Sycamore Springs Healthcare Center in Liberty. Born October 5, 1940, at home in Fairfield, she was the daughter of Raymond and Marjorie (Huber) Apsley. On May 9, 1959, she was married to Charles D. Webb in the Fairfield Methodist Church. She was a member of the Liberty Church of Christ and was active in the Eastern Star for many years. She enjoyed playing bingo. Survivors include her husband, Charles D. Webb; a daughter, Rebecca (David) DeWitt of Waynesville, North Carolina; a son, Randy Webb of Dayton, Ohio; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four sisters, Jeannie Skinner, Marilyn Scaggs and Vivian Moles, all of Liberty, and Nedra Smith of Crestline, Ohio; and a brother, Alton Apsley of Palm Bay, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Robert Apsley. Visitation will be held from 3-5 p.m. Thursday, March 1, at Cook Funeral Home in Brookville. Funeral services will begin at 5 p.m. following the visitation with Ned Noble, former pastor and family friend, officiating. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made to the Union County High School Band in Liberty.
