Bio: Ward Braun, 57, formerly of Greensburg, passed away Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016, at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He was born in Seattle, Washington, to the late Natalie Cotton and Walter Braun.Ward transferred to Greensburg after getting a job with American Lifts in 1989. He remained employed there until they closed in 2010.He married Carol Snyder of Little Falls, Minnesota in 1990, and she survives.Ward is also survived by his brothers, David (Maysie) Braun of Seattle, Washington and Mark (Michelle) Braun of Olympia, Washington; children, Athena (Bryce) Creek of Camby, Indiana, Hailey (Jake) Shepherd of Greensburg, Dawna (Brad) Braun of Camby, Indiana, Korey Braun of Camby, Indiana and Scott Braun of Decatur, Michigan; five beautiful grandchildren, Brooklynn, Maddison, Rose, Rylee and Delilah.He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Jan; and granddaughter, Abbagaile.A celebration of life service will be held at Bourbon Street from 4 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12.
