Stout, 79, passed away peacefully Thursday, August 18, 2016, at her home in rural Waterloo with her family by her side.She was born April 11, 1937, in the same home in Waterloo she has resided in her entire life, to Carl and Kathryn (Miller) Walker.Pat was a 1955 graduate of Ashley High School.She married Carroll E. Stout on August 2, 1958, in Waterloo, and he passed away September 27, 2015.Pat was a homemaker and also worked along sided her husband, Carroll, on their family farm. After raising their children, Pat worked in the cafeteria at DeKalb High School until her retirement.Surviving are two sons, Tim L. (Bev Oberlin) Stout of Waterloo, and Nick E. (Tracy) Stout of Waterloo; a daughter, Cindy L. (Tim) Foglesong of Waterloo; two grandchildren, Kaylee Stout and Amber (Kevan) McMaken; a step grandchild, Timmery Foglesong; a brother-in-law, Fred (Jo) Stout of Hicksville, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and a sister, Donna Grate.Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 S. Wayne St., Waterloo, with Paul Foglesong officiating. Burial will be in Waterloo Cemetery.Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.Memorials may be directed to the DeKalb County Humane Shelter. Family Members Parents Carl L.
